If you have a freight forwarding company based on Mainland UK and the consignment is sent to the agent, then Mainland UK charges will apply plus any booking in fee.
On receipt of your delivery, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our returns department for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and then return the item(s) to us in their original condition*. We will issue you with a credit note (excluding the original delivery charge) upon receipt. Please note we will only accept return of goods if they are accompanied by a valid RAN.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the return using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
*Please Note: The item MUST be returned in its original packaging without being opened or labelled.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us upon receipt and quote your order number, details of the product and the fault, and whether you require a credit or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us and quote your order number, details of the product ordered and details of the item received, and whether you require a credit or a replacement. A credit will be issued when the item if received by our Returns Department.
