We are sorry, but only items purchased from waltonshop.co.uk can be returned. Items purchased from a Walton & Co Ltd stockist or received as a gift cannot be returned to waltonshop.co.uk.
Changed you mind?
If you have received your delivery and have decided that you have changed your mind, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org, telephone 01423 326332 or by post Walton & Co Ltd, Bar Lane, Roecliffe, York YO51 9LS and request a Returns Authorisation Number.
We request the item is returned within 14 days of this advice and is unopened and complete with all presentation packaging, labels and ties. We may charge you an appropriate sum and therefore may reduce your refund if the item returned does not fulfil these criteria.
We will refund you for the item and also our standard delivery charge (sorry but we cannot reimburse express delivery costs) providing the whole order is returned in full. Please bear in mind you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and therefore for your own piece of mind, we recommend you use a recorded or tracked service as we will not accept any liability for any goods that are lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Sometimes we make mistakes, and sometimes (unknown to us) the item sent to you is not up to our usual quality and has escaped our stringent quality control procedures. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item so that we may advise you what we would like you to do. We will either organise a replacement or a full refund including your delivery costs.
