What we collect

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular to fulfil any sales contract with you; We use your delivery address to know where to send the order, we use your email address and telephone number to update you about your order status. From the 25th May 2018, in accordance with GDPR legislation, we will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in to receive these emails, or if you have already provided consent. We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletters. Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where you have chosen a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We cannot see your password.

Our website financial transactions are handled through our payment service provider, PayPal. You should only provide your personal information to our payment service provider after reviewing their privacy policy, which you can find from this link
